The Main Homestead

First time visitors are struck by the ambience and grandeur of the homestead’s 38 ft ballroom ceilings, marble & polished timber floors, and beautifully appointed fixtures & fittings throughout.
Each of the 6 bedrooms share a unique outlook and perspective of the property. All bedrooms on the second floor share vistas across the landscape, whilst from the downstairs accommodation, double french doors open to the 22 metre lap pool.
Barney's Cottage
1 Bed, 1 Bath
A private, fully self contained 1 bedroom cottage with marble kitchen, ensuite laundry and wood fireplace. Barney’s cottage is a hidden gem with it’s own paved 12-person outdoor dining area, complete with a built-in pizza oven & BBQ. The cottage is surrounded by natural gums & landscaped gardens, overlooking rolling green lawns that seamlessly meet one of the property’s many dams.

The apartment is the perfect escape for teenagers and small-families alike.
As with Barney’s cottage, the apartment is completely self-contained with a modern bathroom/laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Sitting atop the stable-like 4 car garage it enjoys views of the landscaped garden & gazebo, across to Black Angus cattle in the adjoining paddocks beyond.
The Shed, Chatsbury

Originally a shearing shed, The Shed is additional accommodation on the 700 acre property. The Shed stands alone at a location about one kilometre from the main homestead. It is accessible via road, or by foot walking via the laneway running through the middle of the property.
The shearing shed is complete with an outdoor kitchen including a built in bbq and pizza oven, plus an expansive open plan kitchen, living & dining area.
The location offers a large outdoor deck and fire pit area with views to undulating paddocks with well maintained pastures. For the colder nights, the home boasts 2 open fireplaces, as well as air conditioning.
With plenty to do in the area & space to unwind taking in fresh country air; The Shed is the perfect escape from the city & an ideal location for guests seeking additional privacy from group events held at the main homestead.
